ARTICLE 2. ORDERS

Orders can be placed

by Internet, on http://pierrephilippebauzin.free.fr, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

As stated in the foreword, a customer's confirmation of an order by Internet implies his unreserved acceptance of these general sales conditions.


The data recorded by association Pierre-Philippe Bauzin constitutes proof of all transactions entered into between the association and its customer.


For on-line payments, the data recorded by PayPal payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.


The information supplied by the customer at the time of ordering is a commitment by the customer.
In the event of any errors made by the customer in entering the address and contact details of the recipient of the order, The association can not be held responsible for any resulting inability to deliver the goods.

ARTICLE 3. PRICE

All prices are expressed in euros (€).
The indicated price does not include delivery charges .

The price indicated is net.

Invoices are issued in the currency chosen for payment.
For each order, a corresponding invoice is sent by e-mail to the orderer. The invoice lists the order lines item by item and shows the delivery charges.

ARTICLE 4. DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge is a contribution to the costs of preparation, packing, and postage.

This is charged at a flat rate and depends on the destination country, the delivery method, and the amount of the order.

The only contractual delivery charge is the one indicated on the invoice. The price is generally proportional in the amount of the order, varying from 20 % to 9 % between 1 € and 200 €. Over 200-€ , the sending is reassured by type " Colissimo ". The rate " simple Mail" not allowing to establish the proof of a reception, the customer agrees to assume only the risks by choosing these modesof delivery during the order.If any time, the customer wishes to receive a sending reassured for a sum lower than 200 €, you just have to add to your order " Livraison Rapide".

ARTICLE 5. PAYMENT

The price is payable immediately upon ordering. Purchases can be paid for
- By credit card on line (Visa, MasterCard). You need to enter the 16 digits of your card number, its expiry date, and the last three numbers of the cryptogram shown on the back of your card in the boxes provided (secure data entry using SSL encryption and transmission via our Sogenactif secure credit card payment system run by the Paypal, who is the only party that handles the information thus issued).

ARTICLE 6. DELIVERY

Whether you are ordering from France or abroad, your order will be sent to the address of your choosing.
Delivery charges are based solely on the delivery address.
Each delivery packet includes a delivery note.
Orders are processed as soon as your payment is registered.
The availability times announced on the site are for guide purposes only and remain subject to any variations in supply conditions from our suppliers.
Transport times are those indicated by the Post Office or carriers and correspond to the delivery method you have chosen.
If a product ordered becomes unavailable, The association undertakes to inform the customer of this in the shortest possible time to allow him to decide on the next course of action for the order.

ARTICLE 8 - LIM/ITS OF RESPONSIBILITY


Information regarding price and availability of products, as well as any pictures illustrating these products, is subject to modification and is given for guide purposes only.


All items on offer comply with current French laws. The Association Pierre-Philippe Bauzin declines all responsibility if an article fails to comply with legislation in the destination country (e.g., censorship, banning of certain titles).

The Association Pierre-Philippe Bauzin declines all responsibility in the event of failure to fulfil a contract due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, floods, fires, war, etc.)

ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTES

The present contract is subject to French law.
If an amicable solution can not be found in the event of a dispute, the matter will come under the jurisdiction of the Grasse courts.
If the customer does not reside in France, all disputes relating to commercial relations with the association shall be subject solely to French jurisdiction.

The provisions in the present document do not remove the rights of customers living outside France with regard to the rules laid down in international agreements.
